Funeral details have been released for Philadelphia Police Officer Jaime Roman who died months after he was shot in the line of duty. The 31-year-old officer was two weeks away from his seventh anniversary with PPD when he died, Police Commissioner Kevin Bethel said. He served in the 24th and 25th districts. A teenager mom and her infant son have been missing for days Philadelphia police announced on Sunday, Sept. 15. Nyauniah Bacon, 17, along with her one-year-old son, Syven Bacon left her home on the 2400 block of West Hagert Street around 5 p.m. on Sept. 12, and haven't been seen since. A man appears to have been intentionally struck dead in Philadelphia early Sunday morning, Sept. 15, police announced later in the day. Two bodies found in an RV in Philadelphia have prompted a homicide investigation, police announced on Saturday afternoon, Sept. 14.
