Central PA Man Arrested For Child Luring Attempt: Police
A 23-year-old man has been arrested following a "child luring" incident, Swatara Township police announced in a release on Tuesday, Oct. 15. Nestor Monsalve-Prieto of Harrisburg was charged with a Felony for Lure Child Into A Motor Vehicle on Thursday, Oct. 10, the police said and court documents confirmed.
