Woman ID'd After Fatal Strike On Rt 30 In Central PA: Officials The woman who died after being hit by a tractor-trailer has been identified by the York County Coroner's Office according to an updated release on Thursday, Nov. 7.  Tina Aldinger, 64, of Manchester Township, was pronounced at WellSpan York Hospital at 12:29 a.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 5, according to the York County Coroner's release.
