15-Year-Old Girl Missing Nearly 2 Weeks From Central PA Home: Police
A 15-year-old girl is missing and the police are asking the public for help locating her. Myleeah Brown was last seen leaving her home in the 800 block of Walnut Street in Lemonye on Wednesday, Oct. 2, the police detailed in the release. The police noted that she "willingly" left. Boy Charged, Gun Seized After Bizarre Incident In Lancaster Neighborhood: PD
A boy has been charged and arrested after a neighborhood "disturbance" on Sunday night, Oct 13, the Lancaster City police announced the following day. Police were called to reports of a man with a gun in the 500 block of Pershing Avenue around 11:30 p.m. When officers arrived they soon learned a neighbor’s dispute had happened and it quickly escalated. A convicted sex offender is wanted for yet another sexual assault, the Adams County Sheriff's office announced on Friday, Oct. 11. Thomas Michael Poe, 46, of Abbottstown, is wanted for Aggravated Indecent Assault of a Child in York County, the Sheriff wrote in the release. Thomas has a record of corruption of minors for an incident on New Year's Eve in 2016 Pennsylvania State Police Megan's Law Sex Offender Registry shows. A stray bullet from a shots fired incident went through a man's home and into his hand while he was sleeping early Saturday morning, Oct. 12, Lancaster City police announced later that day. A Lycoming County man has been arrested and charged with murder in the 2021 death of his girlfriend's 3-year-old son, authorities in Berks County announced on Thursday, Oct. 10. Amish Farm Has Two-Alarm Barn Fire: Authorities
An Amish barn had a blaze burning through it early Thursday morning, Oct. 10, according to Lancaster County Wide Communications. The call to the fire at the farm located in the 5900 block of Meadville Road in Salisbury Township, Narvon came into LCWC at 3:24 a.m., according to the supervisor.
