Brian Zenszer, 43, of Warminster, was accused of sharing 19 videos of child pornography and two pictures via his Kik social media account on Wednesday, Nov. 6, according to the affidavit of probable cause.
The FBI began investigating Zenszer after receiving a CyberTip from the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children regarding graphic videos found on Kik of "prepubescent minor girls" engaged in various sex acts, as stated in the affidavit.
Investigators traced the account to an email belonging to Zenszer as well as the IP address at his residence, according to the affidavit.
Zenszer used Kik to chat with other users about child pornography and to share and trade videos and images on the app, the affidavit states. Several chat logs from Friday, Aug. 16; Friday, Sept. 20; and Tuesday, Oct. 1 were offered as examples in the document.
In several instances, Zenszer pointed out to other users that he fantasized about having sex with a minor girl he was familiar with, according to the affidavit.
Zenszer is an officer of SEPTA's Transit Police Department, according to his social media. Zenszer has been placed on leave pending termination due to the allegations.
So far, no allegations of criminal behavior were linked to Zenszer's work with SEPTA.
