Holihan announced on Thursday, Sept. 26. Adouloh, 42, of Allentown, was convicted of Homicide and Aggravated Assault; all felonies of the first degree Friday, on May 31, 2024, after a trial before Judge Robert L. Steinberg. Murder Charge For PA Man After 'Intentional' Hit-Run: DA Whitehall man Rajgion Davis was charged Thursday, Sept. 26 with Criminal Homicide for the Friday, Aug. 9 murder of Stephen Fistner, a pedestrian who Davis intentionally struck with his car, according to authorities. Along with the Criminal Homicide charge, 55-year-old Davis is also charged with two counts of Attempted Murder and two counts each of Aggravated Assault relating to other pedestrians endangered in the incident, according to the Lehigh County District Attorney's Office. Nypd Busts Dad Of Saquon Barkley With Loaded Gun In Unregistered Corvette The father of Philadelphia Eagles running back Saquon Barkley was arrested with a loaded gun in a New York City traffic stop this week, police said. Police stopped Alibay Barkley, 55, of Whitehall, PA, in a 2019 Chevrolet Corvette with an obstructed license plates that didn't match the car, at East 140 St. and Third Avenue around 7:15 p.m. Wednesday, June 5, the NYPD said. An investigation found that Barkley had a loaded gun and that the car was unregistered, police said. Carbon County Motorcyclist, 33, Killed In Whitehall Crash: Coroner Authorities are investigating the crash that killed a Penn Forest man on Thursday night, May 23.  James J. Gallagher, 33, was riding his motorcycle on Fullerton Avenue in Whitehall when he lost control and struck a curb, said the Lehigh County Coroner's Office.  He was taken to Lehigh Valley Hospital Muhlenberg where he died from multiple traumatic injuries around 8:50 p.m., the Coroner said. His manner of death was ruled accidental.  In addition to the Coroner's Office, Whitehall police are investigating.
