A Montgomery County woman was killed when she pulled into the path of an oncoming pickup truck at a Worcester Township intersection, Pennsylvania State Police said. Ilene Zeff, 65, of Ambler, was stopped at a posted stop sign on Woodlyn Avenue at Valley Forge Road when she suddenly entered the northbound lane around 12:05 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 22, according to troopers.
