A Berks County man attempted to kidnap a girl from an alleyway in Reading on Friday, Oct. 11, authorities said. Liam Wilkinson, 24, of Blandon, had posed as a teen boy on social media to lure the girl into an alley in the 600 block of Ritter Street, WFMZ 69 News reported on Wednesday, Oct. 23. A pedestrian was struck by a white pick-up truck in a serious crash at Bucks Crossing Shopping Center on Thursday, Oct. 24, police said. A stabbing at a Trader Joe's Warehouse in Northampton County led to the arrest of a worker on Tuesday, Oct. 22, according to the Pennsylvania State Police.
