An Amazon delivery driver fired a gun at someone who asked him to move his truck on Wednesday, July 17, according to Philadelphia police. Terrel Hall-Williams, 28, is charged with aggravated assault and related counts, authorities said in a release. Hall-Williams' Amazon truck was on the 900 block of South 17th Street when a 23-year-old camp counselor asked him to move it around 3 p.m., officials said.
