Gerald William Spoto, 42, of Disk Lane in Bristol Township, pleaded guilty in July to nearly three dozen charges for crimes committed between the late 1990s and 2023. PA Reformed Criminal Killed Riding Bicycle Without Helmet: Coroner A reformed criminal who was riding a bicycle along a Northampton County road struck a vehicle and was killed on Tuesday, Oct. 22, according to authorities. He wasn't wearing a helmet at the time. Dwain S. Englert Sr., 58, of Allentown was riding a bicycle along Pembroke Road at the intersection of Livingston Street in Freemansburg Borough when he struck a vehicle, the Northampton County Coroner's Office said.
