Highway Crash Leads To Detour In Doylestown: Police Authorities are responding to a crash in the southbound lanes of the Route 611 bypass on Monday evening, May 20.  It happened near Route 202, Doylestown police said around 5:30 p.m.  The southbound lanes of the bypass are closed as officials investigate and drivers should seek an alternate route, they added.

Detour Ahead: Roadwork Planned In Delaware County Crews will begin roadwork in Nether Providence on Monday, May 20 and will continue through Friday, May 24, township police say.  A lane closure is scheduled for Wallingford Avenue between Manchester Avenue and Route 252/Providence Road while workers make utility adjustments and mill and pave the roadway, according to officials.  Drivers should use alternate routes, they added.

Downed Pole Causes Power Outage, Detours Traffic In Allentown: Police A utility pole is down at North 15th and Utica streets in Allentown, police said Friday morning, May 17.  Authorities said it happened around 6 a.m. A power outage is affecting residents of several blocks nearby and PPL is on the scene, police said. Drivers are being asked to avoid the intersection until further notice.  Police said they will issue an update when the intersection is clear.
