A police officer and two civilians were injured in a two-vehicle crash in Philadelphia, according to the Philadelphia Police Department. The crash, which involved a police vehicle, happened in the 500 block of West Callowhill Street at 12:29 a.m. on Thursday, Oct. 3, police said. Two men have been arrested after a teenager was shot during an argument among seven males in Philadelphia on Friday, Sept. 20, authorities said. The suspects' names had not been released by Philadelphia police at press time. Philadelphia Police responded to Temple University Hospital for a gunshot victim who arrived by private vehicle around 12:15 a.m. on Monday, Aug. 5, at about.
