Alexis Boyce, 20 of Englishtown, NJ, turned herself into Philadelphia Police at 600 Arch Street at 11:15 a.m. on Friday, Sept. 27, and Albert Woynar, 18 of Pittsburgh, was arrested by Pennsylvania State Troopers later that day, Philadelphia Police detailed in the release.

Deonte Vincent, 25, of Philadelphia, and Jhonny Martinez, 19, of Upper Darby, were both charged with Recklessly Endangering Another Person for separate incidents, the Philadelphia Police Department said.

Homicide: Woman Kills Man Shooting Him Multiple Times, Philly Police Say
A man was shot multiple times by a woman on Wednesday afternoon, Sept. 25, Philadelphia police announced that evening.
Officers responded to a report of a person with a gun in the area of the 1400 block of North 53rd Street, District 19, at 3:56 p.m., as detailed in the release.
They arrived to find a man between 30 and 35 years old with gunshot wounds to his chest, abdomen, and left arm, police explained.
The man was taken to the Penn Presbyterian Medical Center where he was pronounced dead at 4:27 p.m., according to police.

Three Philadelphia men were arrested as they were stealing 1,600 pounds of beef from a locked trailer in the city, according to the Pennsylvania Attorney General's Office.
Douglas Mathis, 36; Jamir Scott, 25; and Tariq Duncan, 31, were seen Tuesday, September 24, 2024, wearing dark clothing and masks while breaking a lock on a trailer in the 7300 block of Edmund Street, the Attorney General's Office said. They were carrying 25 cases of beef valued at $7,000 from the trailer to their van.
Mathis, Scott, and Duncan were arraigned Sept. 24 with bail set at $200,000 each.
