Man Sought By Police In Champions Park 'Suspicious Death': Police A person of interest is being sought by police in relation to a woman who was found dead in a Philadelphia park on Thursday, Nov. 7, police said. Geovanni Otero, 29, was listed as a person of interest in the death of a woman found in Champions Park, located in the 900 block of Tustin Avenue, according to a Friday, Nov. 8 news release from the Philadelphia Police Department.
