Man Charged With Rape In Pennsylvania Sentenced For Jan. 6 US Capitol Riot A Cumberland County man sentenced to prison for assaulting police officers during the January 6, 2021, U.S. Capitol riot is also facing rape and domestic violence charges in York County. Joseph Pastucci, 50, of New Cumberland, stormed the Capitol with his wife, Jeanette Mangia, who is currently awaiting trial for her role in the insurrection. Pastucci was sentenced to 26 months in prison and three years of supervised release after being convicted of obstruction of an official proceeding, civil disorder, assaulting officers, and several misdemeanor charges, according to federal prosecuto…

Dauphin County Man Killed In York Motorcycle Crash: Troopers Authorities have named the 21-year-old motorcyclist killed in a Fairview Township crash on Sunday, May 19.  Issaiha Seiders was headed north in the left lane of Interstate 83 when he merged right into the center lane, state police said in a release.  As he began to pass a Ford Fusion in the left lane, the Ford merged right, striking Seiders' motorcycle and knocking onto the right shoulder, according to troopers.  Seiders, of Halifax, was pronounced dead at the scene and a passenger on his motorcycle was flown to Hershey Medical Center with serious injuries.
