FBI, DHS On Scene Of Incident At Harrisburg Courthouse (Developing) Federal authorities are investigating an incident at the Sylvia H. Rambo Courthouse in Harrisburg on Monday, Dec. 16. The FBI and the Department of Homeland Security were seen at the courthouse located at 1501 N. 6th St. early Monday morning. Police tape had been set up both outside and inside the building before 9 a.m., according to reports from the scene. The nature of the incident has not yet been disclosed.
