Amish Buggy Driver Caused Fatal Crash In PA (Update) An Amish great-grandfather caused the crash that ended his life, East Earl Township explained in a release on Wednesday, Aug. 28.  Levi R. Woman ID'd After Fatal Two-Vehicle Crash: Garden Spot Fire, Coroner A 48-year-old woman died at the scene of a two-vehicle crash that sent the vehicles into fields on opposite sides of the road, authorities explained on Monday, July 1.  Ilana Abugov of Bradford Drive in Leola, was alone in her car when she was struck by another vehicle at the intersection of Peters and Shirk roads in East Earl Township around 5 p.m. on Thursday, June 27, according to the coroner's release and a release from the Garden Spot Fire Rescue.  The coroner was called to the scene at 6:53 p.m. and Ilana was pronounced dead at 7:34 p.m. Emergency crews "remained on scene f…
