A duck hunter was rescued from the Susquehanna River after his canoe flipped, Dauphin - Middle Paxton Fire Company announced on Sunday, Jan. 6. The incident happened just after 6:30 a.m., when crews were dispatched for a water rescue near Middle Paxton Township.
