Teen Shot In Head At Recording Studio: Philadelphia Police A 15-year-old is in critical condition after a North Philadelphia shooting on Friday evening, July 26, police said. The victim was shot in the left side of the head in a third-floor recording studio, according to authorities. Lower Paxton Police Detective Dies Suddenly, Department Says A longtime member of the Lower Paxton Township police has suddenly and unexpectedly passed away, the department announced on Wednesday, July 24.  Detective Steven Wertz, 42, was off-duty duty when he passed away, officials with the department explained.
