Wheelchair Bound Man ID'd After Fatal Central PA Toy Store Strike: Coroner The man struck dead by a vehicle outside a toy store has been identified, Dauphin County officials told Daily Voice on Monday, Oct. 7. Eusebio Forestier, 68, of Harrisburg, was using a mobility scooter when he was struck by a vehicle, the officials told us citing the Dauphin County Coroner's Office.
