Amish Horse-Buggy Crash Closed PA 340: PennDOT A horse-and-buggy crash closed part of PA 340 in Lancaster County on Thursday evening, Sept. 19, Pennsylvania Department of Transportation spokesperson Fritzi Schreffler told Daily Voice.  The horse-and-buggy and vehicle collided at the intersection of PA 340 and School Lane Road in the Salisbury Township, Gap area around 6:30 p.m. The road was completely closed "due to the vehicle rolling over," Schreffler said. Multi-Vehicle Crash Partially Closes I-81 In Central PA: PennDOT (Developing) A multi-vehicle crash involving a tractor-trailer has led to lane restriction on Interstate 81, Pennsylvania Department of Transportation spokesperson Fritzi Schreffler told Daily Voice on Friday, Aug. 9.  The crash happened on I-81 South in the center and right lane at mm 58.3 around 4:40 p.m., according to Schreffler.  The lane restriction is at Exit 59: Route 581 East to Route 11: Camp Hill, according to PennDOT's 511PA.
