Shelter-In-Place Order Ends With Arrest In South Central PA County: Police
A shelter-in-place order in Carroll Township, York County has been lifted after an arrest was made, police said on Sunday, Nov. 10. The order had been issued earlier in the day as police searched for a potentially armed individual in the area of Range End Road, Range End Manor, and Fairway Hill. As voting began this week in Pennsylvania, Montgomery County law enforcement officials announced measures to ensure "a fair and safe" election on Nov. 5 as well as the 49 days leading up to it. A skimmer at Sheetz that Redditors warned people about three months ago was removed on Thursday, Sept. 12, police announced. The skimmer was found on the PNC ATM at the Sheetz located at 1205 Lancaster Road in Manheim, police explained.
