Water Restrictions In Dauphin County Due To Tropical Storm Debby: Officials Water restrictions are in place in Dauphin County due to Tropical Storm Debby, officials told Daily Voice on Tuesday night, Aug. 13. Veolia is urging water customers in southern Dauphin County to restrict water use as much as possible.  The heavy rains "stirred up sediment that has clogged the water treatment plant, and this temporary water restriction will preserve our stored supplies of water," the company told Dauphin County officials.
