FL Man Voted In Multiple PA Counties: Usdoj A 62-year-old man voted in Florida and Pennsylvania during the last presidential election and other elections, the US Department of Justice announced on Wednesday, Sept. 25.  Philip C. Pulley entered a guilty plea before Chief United States District Court Judge Mitchell S. Goldberg for falsely registering to vote, double voting, and election fraud, according to the USDOJ. Pulley was also registered to vote in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, and in Broward County, Florida in 2018, according to the release.
