Someone has been killed, and another person was hospitalized following a double stabbing, Pennsylvania State Police announced on Monday morning, Oct. 28. The report of two people being stabbed in the first block of North Washington Street in Shippensburg came into PSP at 10 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 27, as detailed in the release.
