Unconscious 12-Year-Girl Raped By Central PA Man, Police Allege A 12-year-old girl was rape while she was unconscious and a Cumberland County man has been charged with the assault, police announced on Wednesday, Oct. 9.  Anthony Cornett, 21, of Camp Hill, was charged on Thursday, Sept. 5 by Lower Allen Township Police following an investigation.
