An Allentown mother was charged with involuntary manslaughter after her infant son drowned in the bathtub of their residence, authorities said. Megan Ramsey, 24, was charged for leaving the boy unattended in the bathtub with the water running, leading to his drowning, according to the affidavit. A passenger has been found guilty of Involuntary Manslaughter for a fatal crash on Interstate 78, the Berks County District Attorney's Office annoued on Friday, Oct. 11.
