In a GoFundMe campaign, Prentice Spriggs' family identified him as the victim found on the 1600 block of Ethel Street around 2:45 p.m. on May 17. Body Found On Harrisburg Street In Broad Daylight A death investigation is underway in Harrisburg where police found a body in the roadway on Friday, May 17, police said. Responding officers found the man dead on Ethel Street around 2:45 p.m., police said.  "The circumstances surrounding the male's death is still under investigation," police said in a news release.  Anyone with information on this incident is asked to contact the Harrisburg Police, at 717-558-6900.
