A Harrisburg woman has been charged with drug delivery resulting in death after police say she provided fentanyl that led to a fatal overdose in Lower Paxton Township. Erica Lynn Coble, 44, was taken into custody by Lower Paxton police on Thursday, Oct. 24, 2024, and is facing multiple felony charges related to the case. The investigation began when Lower Paxton Bureau of Police officers were called to the 6000 block of Linglestown Road for a reported overdose on Friday, March 17, 2023. Ten inmates were revealed to have been hospitalized for drug overdoses in September, Dauphin County Commissioner Justin Douglas said at a meeting on Wednesday, Oct. 9. Methamphetamine, which is believed to have been produced by Mexican drug cartels, has charges against 55 people in Central Pennsylvania, the Cumberland County District Attorney Seán M. 50 Years After Being Found Frozen In Pennsylvania Cave 'Pinnacle Man' Is Identified
The body of a man found frozen in a Pennsylvania cave nearly 50 years ago has been identified, authorities said. The remains of Nicholas Paul Grubb, 27, of Fort Washington, Montgomery County, were discovered in January 1977 by two Appalachian Trail hikers who had ducked inside the cave to escape foul weather, according to the Berks County Coroner which announced the news last week.
