Lee — known films like Do the Right Thing, Malcolm X, and Mo' Better Blues — will be joined by Harris-Walz Co-Chair Jasmine Crocket to rally Black Philadelphians in support of Vice President Kamala Harris at 11 a.m., a campaign news release states.
The event is also meant to highlight Pennsylvania Democrats’ New Way Forward agenda to expand opportunity, according to the news release.
State Senator Vincent Hughes and Philadelphia Councilmember Isaiah Thomas will also be attending the event, the news release states.
