Woman ID'd After Drowning At Pinchot State Park: York County Coroner A 31-year-old woman who drowned while swimming at a state park has been identified, the York County Coroner announced on Thursday, June 27.  Brittney Hoffman of the 700 block of Madison Avenue, York City, was found unresponsive in the Quaker Race Day Use swimming area of Gifford Pinchot State Park on Tuesday night, as explained by Chief Coroner Pam Gay.
