Pamela Baumgartner, 33, of the 2800 block of Dupont Commerce Court, was taken into custody following two separate incidents in Upper Allen Township and Camp Hill on Tuesday, Dec. 24, police said. Tractor-Trailer Fire Shutters Part Of PA Turnpike: PennDOT A tractor-trailer caught on fire along the Pennsylvania Turnpike prompting a detour to be put in place on Tuesday, Oct. 22, according to the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation.  The fire broke out in Upper Allen Township near mile marker 234.7 around 2:09 p.m., according to PennDOT's 511PA.  The turnpike is closed at the Gettysburg interchange.
