Child Predator In Bucks County Arrested For Second Time Since 2021: Police A child predator who was arrested in 2021 on child pornography charges was arrested a second time for preying on teen girls online, police said. Kevin Nguyen, 29, of Bensalem, was arrested again for messaging two teen girls online on Monday, Oct. 21, according to the Bensalem Police Department.
