Troopers from the Pennsylvania State Police Troop M – Fogelsville Crime Unit were alerted to a suicidal male traveling into Pennsylvania from New Jersey on Monday, Dec. 16, at approximately 11:30 a.m., according to a release. Levi R. Stoltzfus, 81, of Narvon, driving the buggy near the intersection of Sheep Hill Road and Springville Road in East Earl Township when he struck the SUV at 8:13 p.m. on Sunday, Aug. 25, according to the police.
