A husband and wife have been charged after they stopped traffic at an intersection to threaten a driver and damage their car on Shippensburg Police announced on Friday, Aug. 30. A boy is in the hospital after his bicycle's brakes broke — propelling him into a truck, the Shippensburg police announced on Friday.
