Tractor-Trailer Rollover Cause Closure At PA Turnpike Ramp In Lancaster A tractor-trailer rollover crash has caused a closure at the on-ramp for the Pennsylvania Turnpike/Interstate 76, officials said.  The tractor-trailer flipped at Colonel Howard Boulevard in the eastbound lanes leading to the PA Turnpike/I-76 entrance from Route 222 around 11:30 a.m. on Monday, Oct. 28, according to East Cocalico Township police and the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation.  "Both lanes will be closed for approximately 1-2 hours," the police wrote in a release. Fatal 3-Vehicle Crash On PA Turnpike: Officials A fatal crash closed Interstate 76/ PA Turnpike for over five hours on Saturday, Sept. 14 officials confirmed to Daily Voice the following Monday. The deadly three-vehicle crash happened at mile marker 268.4 in Penn Township, Lancaster County around 11:30 a.m., officials detailed. A detour began being used on I-76 West at Exit 286 - Reading starting at 12:35 p.m. and ending just before 5:45 p.m., according to officials. The second tractor-trailer overturned on the ramp from Rt 283 West to the PA Turnpike/Interstate 76 South near the exit to the Harrisburg International Airport in Lower Swatara Township.
