Child Killed In Multi-Vehicle Crash On Route 22/322 At I-81 Ramp: Police A young child died after suffering serious injuries in a multi-vehicle crash on US Route 22/322, Harrisburg Police announced in an updated release on Saturday, Nov. 9, 2024. The crash happened just north of Elmerton Avenue around 6:15 p.m., police detailed in the release. Responding officers found a severely injured child at the scene. The child was transported to a local hospital, where they later succumbed to their injuries. Child Under 5 Killed, 5 Others Injured In Lebanon House Fire (Developing) A child is dead and five other people — including four children — were hurt in a fire in Lebanon City on Friday morning Sept. 13, officials explained.  A child under the age of five died at the scene of the fire in the 1300 block of Brandywine Street, officials said. 30-Year-Old York Mom Killed In US Rt 30 Crash ID'd: Lancaster Coroner A 30-year-old mom woman is dead following a multiple-vehicle crash involving entrapment that closed all lanes of US Route 30 East in part of Lancaster County, authorities announced on Tuesday, June 4.  Dayanara Santiago most recently lived in the 200 block of South Duke Street of York City, according to Chief Deputy Coroner Eric Bieber.
