Investigating Fatal Fall From Cherry-Picker At Philly Construction Site, Official Says
The U.S. Occupational Health and Safety Administration (OSHA) is investigating the Friday, Sept. 6 fatal fall of a 47-year-old man from a cherry-picker crane that toppled over and crushed a utility work van in West Philadelphia, authorities said. "I can confirm that OSHA is investigating this incident," Leni Fortson, regional director of public affairs at the U.S. Department of Labor, said on Monday, Sept. 9.
