On Sunday, July 28, at about 4:30 a.m., Atlantic City police responded to the 2400 block of Atlantic Avenue for a report of a man shot. Police found a victim, 31, of Linwood, suffering from a gunshot wound. The victim was transported to the AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center, City Division, for treatment of a non-life-threatening injury. Five Arrested On Drug Charges In Atlantic City, Philly Fugitive Caught: Police Four men and two teens were arrested in Atlantic City, five of whom were accused of selling heroin, cocaine, and Xanax, authorities said. The six suspects were taken into custody during "an operation targeting areas of concern."
