Danny McEaddy, 40, was sentenced on Wednesday, Sept. 18 to 50 years in state prison, a Middlesex County Prosecutor’s Office spokesperson said. Philadelphia 'Proud Boy' Sentenced For Jan. 6 Capitol Riot: Feds A Delaware County man was sentenced to 100 days in prison for charges related to the US Capitol riots on Jan. 6, 2021, according to federal prosecutors.  Brian Healion, 33, of Upper Darby, previously pleaded guilty to one count of civil disorder in February, said the US Attorney's Office.  Court documents alleged Healion was a member of the Philadelphia "Proud Boys" chapter and "traveled to Washington, D.C., to protest Congress's certification of the Electoral College vote for the 2020 presidential election." Dispute At Delco Bar Led To Deadly Shooting, Police Say Police are investigating an Upper Darby homicide.  Authorities said a 27-year-old was shot multiple times near Baltimore Avenue and Penn Boulevard in the early morning hours on Saturday, May 18. He was taken to an area hospital where he later died. Investigators believe the victim was involved in a dispute at a bar before the shooting.  East Lansdowne police and the Delaware County District Attorney's Office are investigating.
