A Coatesville man is wanted on charges for repeatedly raping a six-year-old Chester County girl, according to court documents obtained by Daily Voice on Tuesday, Nov. 12. Mark Eric Allen, 57, was charged with Rape of Child and related offenses after the girl, now a teen, reported him to police on Monday, Nov. 4, according to the affidavit of probable cause. A Bristol Township man was convicted of raping a girl multiple times during a period spanning more than two years, authorities said. Carlos Navedo, 52, was convicted on multiple counts of Child Rape and related charges on Wednesday, Oct. 30, according to the Bucks County District Attorney's Office. Investigators found that Navedo raped the girl several times between January 2021 and December 2023, the district attorney's office said.
