Convict Charged With Murder For Apartment Shooting: Montgomery County DA
A Norristown man was arrested for murder after shooting a 32-year-old man inside his apartment on East Marshall Street, according to a release by the Montgomery County District Attorney's Office. Norristown police officers found Smith on the sidewalk outside of an apartment building at 360 E. Marshall Street after he placed a 911 call at 4:08 a.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 9., the district attorney's office said.
