Cockfighting Ring: PA Residents Among 48 Indicted A cockfighting ring in Galloway Township led to 48 people facing charges of animal cruelty on Wednesday, Feb. 26, authorities said. Galloway Township police found electronic invitations to an illegally organized cockfight event scheduled in March 2024, the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office said.
