Officers arrived at the 5000 block of Rorer Street at 7:15 a.m. after reports of an armed male, authorities said. There, they found 17-year-old Noah Scurry suffering from multiple gunshot wounds, according to police. Four-Alarm Fire Displaces 40+ In Northeast Philadelphia (Photos) A massive fire at a Rhawnhurst apartment complex injured multiple residents and left dozens without a place to stay, according to city officials and relief workers.  The blaze broke out around 9:30 p.m. on Thursday night, July 11, authorities said. Police and firefighters responded to the scene at 7400 E.
