FL Man Voted In Multiple Times Including In Montgomery County: Feds A 62-year-old man voted in Florida and Pennsylvania during the last presidential election and other elections, the US Department of Justice announced on Wednesday, Sept. 25.  Philip C. Pulley entered a guilty plea before Chief United States District Court Judge Mitchell S. Goldberg for falsely registering to vote, double voting, and election fraud, according to the USDOJ. Pulley was also registered to vote in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, and in Broward County, Florida in 2018, according to the release. Philly Man Selling 500 Grams Of Cocaine Pleads Guilty In Federal Court A 60-year-old man from Philadelphia has pleaded guilty to intent to distribute 500 grams or more of cocaine, authorities said. James Pearcy pleaded guilty before Senior United States District Judge Kim R. Gibson on Aug. 20, U.S. Attorney Eric G. Olshan said. From January 2021 to around June 2021, in the Western District of Pennsylvania, Pearcy conspired with others to deal cocaine, Olshan said. Philadelphia 'Proud Boy' Sentenced For Jan. 6 Capitol Riot: Feds A Delaware County man was sentenced to 100 days in prison for charges related to the US Capitol riots on Jan. 6, 2021, according to federal prosecutors.  Brian Healion, 33, of Upper Darby, previously pleaded guilty to one count of civil disorder in February, said the US Attorney's Office.  Court documents alleged Healion was a member of the Philadelphia "Proud Boys" chapter and "traveled to Washington, D.C., to protest Congress's certification of the Electoral College vote for the 2020 presidential election."
