A man who urinated and spit on a Montgomery County woman during an assault is scheduled to be arraigned Wednesday, Nov. 13, according to court documents. Khalif Mumin, 22, of Philadelphia, was charged for urinating and spitting on the woman before punching her in the back of the head at 9:40 a.m. on Tuesday, April 2, the affidavit states. Philadelphia police have identified the armed man officers shot dead following a domestic disturbance that escalated into a gunfire exchange and vehicle pursuit through Southwest Philadelphia, authorities announced on Tuesday, Nov. 12. A 63-year-old man was struck and killed by a vehicle while crossing a street in Monroe County, according to police. Clifton Little, of Blakeslee, was attempting to cross the road in the area of 3797 Route 115 in Blakeslee when he was struck in the northbound lane, the Pocono Mountain Regional Police said. A Saddle Brook, NJ teenager died in a car crash along Interstate 78 in Lehigh County early Monday, the coroner said. Ciarra Sanchez, 19, was pronounced dead on-scene in Upper Saucon Township on Monday, Nov. 11, 2024, at 1:38 a.m., according to Lehigh County Coroner Daniel Buglio.
