Vietnam Veteran, PA Firefighter, Blaine Horn, Dies On 9/11 A former firefighter in multiple counties in Pennsylvania and a Vietnam veteran died on Wednesday, Sept. 11, his former station announced. Blaine W. The USS New Jersey is scheduled to return to its dock in Camden on Thursday, June 20 after three months of extensive dry-dock maintenance at the Philadelphia Navy Yard.
