Madelyn Edwards, 81, was last seen in the area of Old Farm Road, Cheltenham Township at 12 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 30, police said. She's described as being 5 feet 6 inches tall, 110 pounds, with black hair, and brown eyes. Schuylkill County Woman Dies 11 Days After Crash: Lehigh County Coroner An 82-year-old woman from Schuylkill County has died at a hospital in Allentown from critical injuries in a crash earlier this month, authorities announced on Monday, Sept. 23. Mary Frances Peiffer of Auburn died of blunt force injuries, Lehigh County Coroner Daniel A. Buglio said. Peiffer was pronounced dead at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Cedar Crest, at 2:02 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 22, Buglio detailed in the release. Strubhar of Pine Grove Township died in the crash at about 5 p.m. on Thursday,  Aug. 29 at 6890 Penn Ave. in Heidelberg Township, according to Berks County Chief Deputy Coroner George Holmes. Joshua Frisch, of Frackville, was sentenced on Aug. 7, to time served (six months) and three years of supervised release by United States District Court Judge Julia K. Crews Respond To Motorcycle Crash In Schuylkill County Emergency officials responded to a crash involving a motorcycle in Ryan Township on Wednesday, July 3.  Schuylkill County Emergency Management officials declined to offer additional details Wednesday afternoon.  WFMZ reports that the motorcyclist was airlifted to an area hospital with injuries.

Gun Fired During Schuylkill County Road Rage Incident, Troopers Say State police in Schuylkill County are looking for a driver who they say shot at another person on the road last Tuesday, May 28.  The suspect was in a black, newer model BMW SUV on Schuylkill Mountain Road in South Manheim Township, troopers said.  During a road rage incident, police said the suspect pulled next to the victim and fired a handgun at a 17-year-old's 1989 Ford.  He was described as a white man in his 30s.  Anyone with information is asked to call PSP Schuylkill Haven at 570-593-2000.
