'Knight In Tattooed Armor:' Woman Mourns Loss Of Fiancé Killed In Route 46 Motorcycle Crash Ally Kaufman says she was on the phone with Jeffrey Jacobs just 10 minutes before the crash that took his life. The 40-year-old East Stroudsburg, PA dad was leaving the courthouse to drop off papers, and was on his way back to the office for his job as a hospice home health aide, his 29-year-old fiancé said. Kaufman told her Jacobs she loved him, as the pair did every day, but Jacobs never made it home.
