Armored Truck Robbers Wanted In Chester: Delaware County DA (Updated) A Brinks armored truck was robbed at gunpoint on Tuesday afternoon, July 16, according to authorities.  Two suspects held up the truck at the Autozone near 9th Street and Avenue of the State around 12:15 p.m., the Delaware County District Attorney's Office said.
